We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).
There are no additional shipping or handling fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Currently, Snailcle ships only within the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
APO / FPO addresses
P.O. Boxes
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the supported regions will be canceled and refunded.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday only.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is:
Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Some fitness equipment may ship in multiple boxes or require special handling. Delivery is made to the curbside or building entrance unless otherwise stated.
At this time, inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, and assembly services are not included.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Snailcle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues. Snailcle is not liable for such delays.
