The Snailcle website accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.We also accept payments via PayPal.
2. I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still use PayPal to pay?
Yes. You can securely pay with your credit or debit card through PayPal without creating a PayPal account.
Here’s how:
- Click “Checkout with PayPal” at checkout.
- Choose the option to pay with a credit or debit card.
- Enter your billing details, card information, and email address.
- Click Continue to return to the Snailcle website, then click “Submit Order” to complete your purchase.
3. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers. Snailcle does not store your full payment information.
4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@snailcle.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified and will be subject to our return policy.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states).
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the continental U.S. (48 states).We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

At this time, delivery is curbside or building entrance only. Assembly services are not included unless otherwise stated on the product page.
